Customers are responsible for providing and managing their own website content, including text, images and documents.

  • Software updates
  • Website backups
  • Technical maintenance
  • Basic support
  • An easy-to-manage website

We may improve or update the service over time to keep websites secure and running smoothly.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing your own content, including text and images
  • Making sure you have permission to use any content you upload
  • Keeping your login details secure
  • Ensuring your content is lawful and appropriate

You must not upload content that:

  • Breaks the law
  • Infringes copyright
  • Contains harmful software or malicious code
  • Is abusive, offensive or discriminatory

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

4. Website content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide for your website.

This includes:

  • Images
  • Logos
  • Documents
  • Other materials uploaded by you

We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Payments & renewals

We will normally contact you before your renewal date.

If payment is not received by the renewal date, we may suspend or remove the website until payment is made.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your website will remain online until the end of your current paid subscription period.

We do not normally provide refunds for unused time remaining on annual subscriptions.

If you cancel, your website and related services may be permanently removed after the subscription ends.

We recommend keeping your own copies of any content you upload.

7. Support

We aim to provide friendly and helpful support where possible.

Support includes reasonable assistance with:

  • Website access
  • Basic website guidance
  • Technical issues related to the service

Support does not include:

  • Extensive content writing
  • Graphic design work
  • Custom development outside the standard service
  • Training for third-party software

We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable time, but we cannot guarantee response times.

8. Availability of service

We do our best to keep all websites available and running smoothly.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Occasionally, websites may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Hosting issues
  • Security work
  • Factors outside our control

We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary downtime or technical interruptions.

9. Data protection & privacy
